After receiving your products, returns are eligible for 30 days if the product is sealed and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipment cost to our Sydney Warehouse.

Refunds are only available after your first purchase of the product. Issues with later purchases will not be eligible for a refund. 

At GlowelleSkin, if we believe the customer has acted dishonestly or fraudulently, we reserve the right to cancel the guarantee.

If you received damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of purchase. We'll check to see if you're eligible for a new product replacement and give you any additional instructions you need. GlowelleSkin operates via Australia Post to deliver your orders to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping within Australia takes 2-6 business days, while shipping to New Zealand takes 6-12 business days.

**Attention USA, UK and other Countries, the team is still setting up warehouses to ensure our products reach you guys faster! Shipping times will take between 10-25 days (depending on your local post services).

We recommend that our product is used 2-3 times a week for the best possible results! For dry or sensitive skin, use 1-2 times per week.

Once your purchase has been sent, we are unable to cancel it or modify your address. Before placing a purchase, we recommend that you double-check your address. 

If you want to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it to us in its original packaging and unopened goods for a refund. Shipping fees back to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, will be your responsibility.
